Our first meeting is scheduled to visit your property, discuss your goals and budget.

Following the initial meeting, if landscape design services are requested, you will receive an estimate. Drawings start from $100. For larger projects, design costs are generally 3%-5% of total project cost. 

 An Initial Project Estimate will be provided within 24 hours to 5 days, depending on project scope. 

PAYMENT:   

Landscape Design Services Only

We visit your property to gather detailed measurements, grades, house elevations and take some photographs. 

Base Plan: 

A scaled base plan is prepared to show the complete site information accurately. 

Property Research: 

We will research the project site to gather information regarding by-laws, zoning, conservation, etc. The findings determine what can be done on your property and assist with the design discussions.

PAYMENT 1:  

30% of total project estimate

Now is the time to meet with our landscape designer to discuss your vision.  The agenda is all about you! We review your wants, needs, your style, how you intend to use the space and how you would like to feel in the space. We will discuss the property research findings as well as confirm your budget. Our goal is to create landscapes that make home your favorite place.

Within an agreed upon time, we will present a 2D concept plan along with an itemized estimated build cost. We will review materials and plants for the landscape. We want to hear your thoughts about the concepts and any changes you may have.

Final revisions to the design and materials are made based on your feedback. The design has been confirmed and materials have been reviewed by you. At this point a detailed SCOPE OF WORK and FINAL ESTIMATE are provided for your approval and sign off.

Once you decide to proceed with the project, we will begin the process of construction planning, scheduling and hard and softscape material ordering.

PAYMENT 2: 

30% of total project estimate

Sit back and relax. We take care of all the details during the project build and keep you informed every step of the way.

Upon completion of the project, a final walk through with you and our team is done to guarantee that you are satisfied with the finished project.

FINAL PAYMENT 

40% of total project estimate
